Today (15 November), the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) published its regulatory judgement on the Together Housing Group following an In-Depth Assessment over recent months. This regulatory judgement upgrades the assessment of the Group’s governance to G1 – the highest possible rating – with the assessment of our financial viability remaining unchanged at V1.  This means that Together Housing Group now has the highest possible status of G1 (governance) and V1 (financial viability).

Responding to the regulatory judgement Dave Procter (Chair of the Board, Together Housing Group) commented:

“We are delighted with the outcome of the recent In-Depth Assessment process undertaken by our regulator.  The HCA has recognised that we’ve strengthened our finance function and introduced new controls on data quality, which were both raised as issues in our previous G2 rating.  The HCA also remains confident in our financial management leading to the maintenance of our V1 rating. This reflects our strong financial position.”
