Our Brand Identities

Together Housing Group regularly works with other organisations to help us to provide a better service to our communities.

Sometimes this is to support our existing teams with extra personnel; more often it is to provide something that we can’t do “in-house”, for example partnering with a developer to build houses.

When we do this, it’s important that other organisations working on our behalf understand how we want our business brand to be presented, so that it remains consistent with our own material. This brand guide will help with that. If you are an external organisation working on our behalf, please read the following guidelines for our main customer-facing brands.

Fonts

Across all of our brands we use the same fonts (for online/screen-based material) or typefaces (for printed material). These have been selected to make all of our material easy to read, especially for those with visual impairments or learning difficulties.

Our chosen fonts are:

Headings and Titles: Century Gothic

This can be bold or italic, although these should be used sparingly for emphasis.

On web pages, all heading levels H1-H6 should be Century Gothic.

Minimum point size in all applications is 14pt.

Body text: Arial

This can also be bold or italic, but again for emphasis only.

Minimum point size in all applications is 12pt.

Secondary body text: Source Sans Pro

This can also be bold or italic, but again for emphasis only.
Minimum point size in all applications is 12pt.

Colour Scheme

With the exception of Together Homes, all of our brands use the same basic colour palette. This has been designed to be complementary, and a number of our brands use a different colour from the palette as its primary colour. Colour values are supplied as RGB, CMYK, Hex and closest available Pantone (Coated) values. We may also be able to supply RAL values on request. Please contact the Marketing Department for these.
