Gwynne Furlong
Commercial Committee Chair
Gwynne has over 40 years’ experience as a qualified professional in business, primarily in the commercial property industry. He has been a partner in professional practice and has been a director and MD of both private and PLC businesses.
Gwynne is Chairman of HSIS, the estates subsidiary of Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. Gwynne is Deputy Chair of Concert Living Limited (a subsidiary of Progress Housing Group) and a director of Blackpool Airport Operations Ltd. He is also a director of Sandway Homes Ltd (a subsidiary of Sefton Borough Council.)
Gwynne is a Director/Trustee of the Chorley Inspire Youth Zone Project, and is adviser to the Nkuringo Education and Community Support Group in Uganda.

John Cruise
John joined the Commercial Committee and the board of Together Commercial Ltd in 2017.
He has over 30 years experience of residential development including working as; managing director, development director and sales & marketing director with organisations covering the Northeast, Yorkshire & Humberside and the North-Midlands. He has also served as an independent non executive director with a number of housing associations both as a main board member and committee member
John has an MBA, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Higher Education Academy and has lectured in Marketing at Sheffield Business School at Sheffield Hallam University.
John brings to the committee experience in social housing, residential development, business development, strategy, governance and marketing.

Andy Perry
Andy has 30 years experience in the supply chain & logistics industry with Tesco and The Coop Group and now has 13 years of board/senior executive experience both in the UK and internationally. He has been successful in delivering large transformational and investment programs, alongside leading large physical operations with significant financial and capital budgets.
He also has a proven track record of delivering great customer service in a fast moving and complex environment, leading large diverse teams, and ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of thousands of colleagues in a high risk environment.
Alongside his experience of working within governance, risk and audit committee structures, he also has extensive experience of working with Trade Unions, industry and government bodies.

Dave Procter
Dave Procter joined the Together Housing Group Board in 2016 and became Chair in January 2017. He has worked in housing for over 49 years, retiring as Chief Executive of Pennine Housing in 2005.
Since then Dave has worked as an independent consultant with a wide range of housing and third sector organisations within governance, executive mentoring and organisational change.
He is a Board Member at Impact Housing Association in Cumbria.

Mark Dunford
Executive Director of Finance and Commercial
Mark has executive responsibility for:

He is also a Director for a number of the Group’s joint venture companies.

George Garlick
George Garlick had a long career in Local Government, initially as a Solicitor and then serving as Chief Executive of Stockton on Tees Council and Durham County Council for a total of 23 years prior to retirement. After retiring from Local Government he served as Chair of Thirteen Housing Group, based in Teesside, for six years and is currently Chair of the Council of the University of Hull.

Natalie Daniels
Natalie is an influencer of change in the built environment both in terms of policy and practice, with over nine years of experience as a senior leader, and an expertise in housing. Specialising in urban development and investment, with professional training in architecture, landscape architecture and urban planning. Operating in four continents and across 15 countries, Natalie has delivered major regeneration projects focussed on sustainable placemaking to ensure more equitable cities. Committed to bringing lessons from around the world back to serve London, Natalie is leading the implementation of the Greater London Authority’s affordable housing programmes. Her personal awards, scholarships, and recognition in global housing awards evidence her commitment to excellence. An experienced board member, Natalie is passionate about equity, fairness and justice. As a university lecturer in design and an advisor on design review panels, Natalie provides constructive strategic advice and analysis of schematics and design, and its impacts on diverse user groups.
