Chantal Forrest

Chair of Remuneration and Governance Committee

​Chantal is an accomplished corporate solicitor, US attorney and governance professional.  She was a non-executive director and chair of the remuneration committee of a FTSE listed software developer and has held a number of director, trustee and executive leadership roles including as the Group Company Secretary with Yorkshire Water/Kelda Group and the General Counsel and Company Secretary with Electricity North West.  She has extensive experience across a range of functions including corporate governance, legal, pensions, insurance, property management, data protection and regulation.

Chantal was a governor of Greenhead College, Huddersfield for seven years and chaired the Health & Safety Committee.

She is committed to delivering great customer service and safe, comfortable homes for all our residents.

Ellen Miller

Ellen has held senior management positions (Director and CEO) in the national charities Versus Arthritis and Victim Support, before which she was CEO at Lancashire based advocacy charity, Empowerment. This followed 20 years in local government (running HR and support services and then broadening to include strategy and commissioning of a wide range of public services) in Lancashire, Greater Manchester and the Midlands.  She has also worked as a management consultant with KPMG with a range of public and private sector clients, delivering on people and performance projects. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with further qualifications in Leadership and Social Policy, and is particularly interested in social justice, inclusivity and providing safe, positive environments where people can thrive.  Ellen is also a trustee at Blackpool Foodbank and previously a trustee with Renaissance (a Lancashire-based charity specialising in sexual health and substance misuse).

Dave Procter

Board Chair

Dave joined the Together Housing Group Board in 2016 and became Chair in January 2017.

He has worked in housing for over 55 years, retiring as Chief Executive of Pennine Housing in 2005.

Since then Dave has worked as an independent consultant with a wide range of housing and third sector organisations within governance, executive mentoring and organisational change.

Andy Perry

​Andy has over 30 years’ experience in the supply chain and logistics industry with Tesco and The Coop Group and now has 15 years of board/senior executive experience both in the UK and internationally. He has been successful in delivering large transformational and investment programs, alongside leading large physical operations with significant financial and capital budgets.

He has a proven track record of delivering great customer service in fast moving and complex environments, leading large diverse teams, and ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of thousands of colleagues.

Alongside his experience of working within governance, risk and audit committee structures, he also has extensive experience of working with trade unions, industry and government bodies.

Alongside his non exec role at THG, Andy currently offers a part time consultancy service to supply chain, logistics and retail businesses’.
